Over 150 cities worldwide now have Paris Agreement–compatible Local Climate Action Plans, with 112 scoring “A” in CDP ratings in 2024, up from 13 to 15 percent in one year. Turning these promises into action is far more complex. In New York City, PlaNYC: Getting Sustainability Done outlines 3 objectives, 10 goals, 32 initiatives, and 75 actions. One objective alone requires coordination across 16 agencies, while two-thirds of all initiatives demand multi-agency collaboration, alongside private stakeholders and millions of residents. Achieving results depends on shared language, consistent reporting, and citizen inclusion. Cling.ai addresses this by simplifying inaccessible and inconsistent climate linguistics, reducing the burden of vast reports, and enabling coordinated action. Through clingCHAT, clingCOLLABORATE, and clingCREATE, it supports agencies, practitioners, and citizens in clarifying, tracking, and communicating effectively—transforming ambitious climate promises into measurable, participatory outcomes.
