This project proposes a hybrid research–park typology that integrates collaborative learning environments with a public ecological landscape. Located within Guindy’s institutional hub, the design envisions a mound-like roof that merges with the site edges, beneath which laboratories, incubators, lecture halls, and a library-café are embedded. Circulation is organized through streets functioning as interactive spines, fostering cross-disciplinary engagement. Climatic response is central: wind-flow simulations guide building orientation to ensure natural ventilation and minimize heat gain within a dense traffic island. The design synthesizes technical efficiency, contextual sensitivity, and programmatic diversity, transforming an introverted research typology into an extroverted, porous urban knowledge landscape.
