Tiny Coffee House
BRIEF

This Social Library project reimagines a coffee kiosk not just as a place for caffeine but as a civic catalyst. Designed for replication in dense urban contexts, the kiosk is both modular and mobile, composed of 60 wooden pixels (45 × 45 × 45 cm) that act as storage units and structural elements. The core idea is to promote book swap culture, encouraging readers to exchange titles and create ongoing cycles of knowledge alongside everyday coffee rituals. Adaptability defines the design: a foldable roof, detachable shelves, and wheels allow easy relocation across plazas, sidewalks, and parks. Solar panels and water storage enable off-grid resilience, while vandalism-proof detailing minimizes maintenance.
